This drink pairs the deep caramel flavour of Brown sugar with the smooth, mellow taste of milk tea. With creamy milk and the option to add chewy tapioca pearls, it’s a layered, that’s easy to make with just a few ingredients.
How to cook Brown Sugar Pearl Ball:
1. Set the pearl pot to boil pearls for 30 minutes and stew pearls for 30 minutes
2. Add 2500ml of hot water to the pearl pot and set it to start boiling. When the water prompts to add pearls, pour 400g of pearls into the pot
and stir until they do not clump, then cover the pot with a lid(Stir every
10 minutes in the process of boiling pearls,braised pearls do not need
stirring.)
3.After boiling the pearls, filter out the water and pour them back into
the pot. Add 200g of black sugar powder and 200g of black sugar syrup, stir well
4. Keep warm at 70 ℃, simmer for 10 minutes, and then use again.

How to make Brown Sugar Pearl Boba Tea (500ml)
1. Add 70g black sugar pearls into the produced cup for later use;
2. Add 330ml of pure milk, 20ml of coffee condensed milk and 10g of sugar into the
milk tank, and heat it to 55-60 with a steam engine.
3. Pour it into the production cup.
